Phil de la Haye
Phil de la Haye is a Certified Internal Family Systems (IFS) Practitioner, coach,
trainee counsellor, and a Stress Illness Recovery Practitioner (SIRPA). He works
with a particular focus on the mindbody connection, the neuroscience of pain,
nervous system dysregulation, and is interested in how these can help to
explain many chronic symptoms.
To put that in IFS terms, he’s interested in how parts can impact the body and how working with parts can help to regulate the nervous system and reduce physical symptoms.
Phil has his own story of recovery from many years of chronic pain and other
stress-related symptoms, and he’s passionate about supporting others through
their own process of mindbody healing. Phil is transgender and queer. He identifies as neurodivergent and has a diagnosis of ADHD. He lives near Bristol in the UK with his two young adult children, two cats and a dog.
