Sasha Jenkin

Sasha has been a therapist since the late 1990's, originally training as a Person Centred counsellor she has worked one-on-one and with groups in private practice in various settings including education, the NHS, charities, and blue-chip companies.
She has a particular interest in complex childhood trauma and how its effects can contribute to an imbalance of power in relationships.

Since discovering Internal Family Systems therapy in 2020 she has immersed herself in the model.  She loves that IFS deconstructs the inherent power imbalance in the therapeutic relationship with its core belief that with the right conditions, we all have it within us to heal ourselves.
Living in Margate, Kent she is lucky to regularly walk by the sea, usually with Albert (whippet).
